This Privacy Policy explains how Bacci Guitars processes personal data collected through the Parato website (parato.bacciguitars.com), in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679).

Navigation data. When you visit the site, our systems automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, referrer and timestamps.

Data you provide via the enquiry form. Name, email address, country, finish/configuration of interest, and any message you write, together with the IP address and timestamp of submission.

Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact info@bacciguitars.com.
